Communicate Ideas
During 12th grade, my Honors Statistics class had to produce a Powerpoint presentation that demonstrated the differences between qualitative and quantitative, as well as the differences between a pie chart, line chart, dot plot, stem and leaf plot, bar graph, and histograms. The powerpoint must contain examples for each category, as well as the experimental unit, variables, and whether it’s skewed to the left or right. This project required me to communicate ideas as this was the first unit of statistics and our teacher wanted each student to communicate their own thoughts and examples about each topic to the class in order for every student to have a better understanding of the subject.
